Double-sided adhesive tape with lures, which guarantees effective capture of the housefly (Musca domestica).

- The key parameter is the quality of the glue. It is set so that the adhesive force of the belt does not prevent the tube from being pulled out easily, and yet its immediate tack and adhesion guarantee that the fly is caught even in weak contact. The viscosity of the glue is set so that the glue does not run off the belt at a wide temperature range. - So the glue doesn't drip on the floor.
- An attractant that is developed directly on the housefly (Musca domestica) has a high tempting effect. It is not a sexual lure, so it attracts both males and females.
- Due to its length and width, the adhesive strip has the largest effective area in the world. Length is an important parameter of efficiency, as flies are found to fly on a flytrap from below.
- This phenomenon can be observed on used fly traps, where the belt is always fuller at the bottom.
