Control Operation of the home bakery is very easy and is done using several buttons to select the program, adjust the weight of the bread, or toast the crust of the bread.
Use the MENU button to select one of the 12 fully automatic programs (see the program list below). You can use the weight button to select the total weight of the ingredients used for bread preparation: 700 g and 1000 g. Selecting a higher weight will extend the duration of the selected program so that the bread is properly baked. The TIME button allows you to delay the start of the set program by up to 13 hours. To set the bread crust level, press the COLOR button. Press repeatedly to scroll the display to indicate your setting between LIGHT, MEDIUM, and DARK.
