The KH softening cartridge contains an ion exchange resin which can be regenerated several times with salt. We recommend using softening sorption filters if the water is slightly hard (limescale forms in 10-14 days). For highly mineralized water, the RO filter is the best choice.

Three filter cartridges provide cleaning up to 0.8 microns. The K3 insert retains parts in water up to 5 microns. The KH insert noticeably reduces the value of limescale. The K7 insert is the final insert that removes all parts up to 0.8 microns (in 125 times thinner human hair). The filter removes harmful substances that commonly occur in tap water. Kristall H removes chlorine and its unpleasant odor, harmful substances that commonly occur in the water supply system. The fully charged resin in the KH module can be regenerated up to four times and can be easily performed at home.
