The TL-SG108GE Easy Smart 8-Port Reverse 8-Port Switch has 8 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports and is designed for small and medium business networks that require easy network management. The first 7 ports are used for individual subscribers who supply this switch via passive 24V. The supply voltage is further passed to port No. 8 with passive PoE out, where a wireless supply unit for the whole house can be connected. It is possible to connect various input voltages to the POE-in ports, the highest of them will always be present at the output. In the event of a power failure from one client, the input voltage automatically switches to the next possible one. In addition, there is a DC output jack (5.5 / 2.1 mm) on the back with a switch between 5 V and 12 V. The integrated voltage converter ensures the correct output voltage.
