This gateway connects directly to a Wi-Fi network, so you don't need an Ethernet cable. Simply install it into Nedis® SmartLife and you will be able to connect up to 50 Nedis® Zigbee products through a single gateway. Each connected product appears in SmartLife and can be used to automate it as if it were directly connected to a Wi-Fi network. Zigbee is an alternative protocol to Wi-Fi that offers significantly lower power consumption. This allows small wireless sensors to operate for up to several years on a single battery.
