Description
The Shelly 3EM-63T Gen3 is a compact 1/3-channel energy meter designed to monitor three-phase installations or three independent single-phase circuits. Thanks to the flat terminals and the housing designed for mounting above or below the overcurrent protection device, it easily fits into standard distribution boards. This small device is ideal for houses, apartments, businesses and photovoltaic installations - wherever precise control of energy consumption is important.
Versatility of use - one module, many options
The Shelly 3EM-63T Gen3 module is a solution for everyone - whether you want to monitor energy consumption in the home, assign consumption to specific departments in the company or supervise energy production from photovoltaic panels. The device supports both three-phase installations and three independent single-phase lines, so it fits almost any configuration. In addition, thanks to the four-quadrant measurement, the meter records both consumed and delivered energy, which is useful for photovoltaic and hybrid systems, for example.
Intuitive control, extensive integration
The module connects to the network via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth - no external gateway required. It can be managed from the Shelly Smart Control app, the web interface or via MQTT, HTTP and WebSocket protocols. All incoming connections are protected by TLS encryption. Data can be exported in CSV or JSON format.
Monitoring and analysis without interruption
The Shelly 3EM-63T Gen3 offers voltage, current, active and apparent power, power factor and energy measurements - with accuracy corresponding to class B (IEC 62053-21). The built-in clock maintains the correct time even if internet access is lost. Measurement data is recorded locally at 1-minute intervals and stored for at least 7 days, so you have access to your consumption history even if you are temporarily not connected to the cloud.
Automation and Security
Shelly 3EM-63T Gen3 allows you to create schedules (up to 20) and configure web hooks (up to 20, each with up to 5 URLs). In addition, local automation allows you to react to immediate energy consumption and trigger specific actions, and the built-in "no-load threshold" prevents energy counting at very low consumption (less than 30 VA per channel).
Ready for energy from the sun
Shelly 3EM-63T Gen3 is also ideal for monitoring photovoltaic systems. It allows simultaneous monitoring of energy production and consumption, which allows you to precisely adapt the operation of the device to the current energy availability from the panels. This makes it easier to reduce grid consumption and optimize your own consumption - for example, operating energy-intensive devices during the hottest hours of sunlight.
Clear information and full control
The device is equipped with LEDs to indicate the current status (including Wi-Fi connection and OTA updates) and a single button to quickly enter configuration mode or restore factory settings. It also has a built-in temperature sensor. It is also very easy to install.
Shelly Smart Control App
The meter works with the Shelly Smart Control app, which allows you to remotely manage your device, view energy consumption, and create schedules and automations. You can also use it to monitor data, view measurement history, and track energy costs.
