EVOLVEO Omega T2 is a multimedia HD DVB-T2 recorder of the next generation with H.265 / HEVC support. The High Efficiency Video Coding HEVC, also called H.265, is a new, more streamlined DVB-T2 broadcasting standard that reduces the bit rate while maintaining comparable image quality compared to its predecessor H.264.

The receiver has been certified "DVB-T2 certified", which guarantees full functionality with the new DVB-T2 HEVC broadcasting in the Czech Republic (more information - DVB-T2 verified).

It allows you to play most media files in MKV, DiVX, MPG, MP3, MOV or JPEG formats from the USB flash drive or external hard drive. The TV program can be recorded on a USB flash drive in digital quality. It has full support for Czech Teletext and EPG Electronic Program Guide. It supports the TimeShift feature, contains a clear Czech menu, the ability to schedule a recording during your absence, and its power consumption in mode is practically zero, less than 1 W.
