What are the advantages of GREBLON® pots?

GREBLON® is characterized by its high hardness. There are several types of greblon layers. The G21 Gourmet Miracle can find the best and the finest of them. The three-layer GREBLON® C3 + with glass ceramic reinforcement is extremely hard, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant and, most importantly, non-stick. Yes, GREBLON® C3 + gives pots the ability to withstand the sticking of raw materials to the interior walls. It is impossible to make something in greblon-coated pots or pans. Steel Stainless Steel 304, otherwise 18/10 CrNi chrome-nickel steel is proven and most commonly used for gastronomy. 18/10 CrNi food grade steel contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel. For food industry, it is particularly suitable due to its high resistance to damage and corrosion. We have also supported this resilience by special surface polishing from the outside and the already mentioned greblon layer inside the containers.

An outstanding feature of the G21 Gourmet Miracle stainless steel is the inability to burn food in it. Strong walls and layered sandwich bottoms without air pockets perfectly keep heat and prevent food from burning. A huge advantage over commonly used pots is the evaporators / strainers that fit all the lids in the set. You do not burn your hands when casting hot water from potatoes or pasta. To quickly feed the raw materials to the boil, just turn the lid and the evaporator / strainer closes. Glass pot lids of the G21 Gourmet Miracle are made of tempered and durable glass with a thickness of 4 mm. No worries they can be washed with a pot in the dishwasher. For use when covering or baking in the oven, they are resistant to 180 ° C.
