How is this selfie stick used?

Slide out the telescopic rod and insert the phone into the holder. When using a tripod, slide the holder with the remote control to release the tripod legs. Loosen the screw at the bottom, adjust the feet to the desired inclination and tighten again. The controller can be removed from the rod.
