ProStar 2000 sand filtration, made in the Czech Republic, is suitable for pools up to 8 m3. It is therefore an ideal accessory especially for smaller pools. The ProStar 2000 sand filtration was inspired by nature in principle - rainwater also turns into crystal clear spring water thanks to filtration in permeable rock layers. In sand filtration, the water passes through silica sand, where even fine impurities are captured and only clean, filtered water returns to the pool. It is therefore important to rinse the filter sand frequently to prevent dirt from settling in the sand. We recommend rinsing the filtration at least once a week. The ProStar 2000 sand filtration system consists of a filter vessel that can hold 10 kg of filter sand. The container is made of high quality polypropylene (PP). Resistant to corrosion and commonly available chemicals used in swimming pools. In addition to the attractive modern design, it will also please with its compact dimensions, the practically built-in pump with a screen of coarse dirt directly in the body of the container. The six-way valve also offers a lightweight position for winter shutdown.
