All parts of the system (nodes, satellites, modules) communicate with each other and each creates additional wireless coverage of your house. All parts communicate simultaneously in the 2.4GHz (300Mbps) and 5GHz (867Mbps) bands, with a total WiFi speed of up to 1200Mbps. Thanks to circular communication, much higher coverage and stable speed is ensured than in the case of a WiFi router with extenders. In addition, the WiFi network only appears as a single (single SSID), no longer need to switch between several networks. Individual satellites automatically switch your terminal equipment, depending on where you are, without any downtime or perception. E.g. When making calls over the Internet, you can freely switch between floors of your house, in the garden, and the individual satellites connect your mobile phone so quickly that there is no single outage or interruption. This extra satellite will increase coverage and reach of the entire network.

For higher speed and stability all satellites provide wireless dual-band communication at 2.4 and 5 GHz, so it will not be a problem to connect all WiFi devices (tablets, mobile phones, TV, etc.). Each satellite contains two internal antennas (3 dBi each) and 2 LAN ports for connecting other devices wired (NAS server, printer, PC). Totally uninterrupted signal of a single WiFi network with huge coverage of up to 300m2. All satellites communicate completely automatically, just connect the main satellite via cable to the Internet, other satellites just connect to the power. With signal strength from other satellites, you can see exactly which location of the next satellite is best. Tenda MW5s is a new Mesh system for quality WiFi network coverage. It has a WiFi speed of 1200 Mbps and is designed to cover up to 300 m2 of houses / apartments. Supporting IEEE 802.11v and IEEE 802.11r roaming protocols, the MW5s supports automatic network optimization and automatic routing, allowing you to enjoy a more stable and flexible wireless network.

There are several advantages of using both bands. The ideal way of splitting: - 2.4GHz: web browsing, file downloads, emails, etc. - 5GHz: Online gaming, HD video streaming, especially applications where latency is important. The 2.4GHz band is also very disturbed in larger buildings or prefabricated houses, which degrades performance to a lower level, so WiFi routers from the surroundings interfere with each other. With 5GHz, you don't have to worry about it. Signal coverage is provided by antennas where each satellite contains 2x 3 dBi). Thanks to Mesh and Beamforming technologies, all network satellites communicate with each other and provide high quality coverage. Just place the individual satellites on the floors. If coverage is not sufficient, it is possible to connect up to three more satellites to MW5s. In total, it is possible to operate 6 satellites of the unified Mesh network.

With MU-MIMO technology, the MW5s supports simultaneous communication of multiple devices on a wireless network. Smart QoS intelligently allocates bandwidth to ensure smooth streaming of up to 4K videos, online games, downloads and continuous video chat simultaneously. Thanks to Mesh technology, your wireless WiFi network will contain only one name and one password. No more, such as extenders and other APs in the network. MW5s automatically hand over client devices (phone, tablet, etc.) from one satellite to another without interruption of service. The client device is always connected to a stronger satellite without any downtime. By default, the 3 satellites included in the package are already paired together. Just pair this extra satellite with the main set of three satellites and the coverage is increased.

Application for Smart mobile phones / tablets "Tenda WiFi", thanks to which you control and set up MW5s. The application is in Czech. For example, you can enable WiFi for a visit, block some users, set up WiFi, and support parental controls. Furthermore, performance settings, Upload / Download tracking and other settings. MW5s can also set up a guest network for 2.4 GHz WiFi and also for 5 GHz, including the duration of the permit. The MW5s supports great security options.
