Protective Features:
The DPS3005 offers three types of adjustable protections: OVP, OCP, and OPP
OVP (Over Voltage Protection): Protects against over-voltage OCP (Over Current Protection): Protects against over-current OPP (Over Power Protection): Protects against over-power When the preset limits are exceeded, the power supply will automatically shut off. If the device is placed in an enclosed box, ensure adequate ventilation to dissipate heat.
Display Control and Settings: The 1.44" color display is controlled via four buttons and a rotary encoder. The main screen displays the desired voltage and current, the actual voltage and current, and the total power consumption of the device. The current input voltage to the DPS3005 is shown at the bottom of the screen.
Settings include configuring the basic output parameters, adjusting display brightness, and saving settings into macros, with up to 10 different configurations. Macros M1 and M2 are quickly accessible directly from the main screen. The device also features a lock function to prevent unintended changes to the settings.
Output voltage and current can be set as needed, and the voltmeter and ammeter functions are available. OVP, OCP, and OPP protections can be adjusted from the main interface using a short press of the SET button. Macros for quick setting recall, M1 and M2, are accessible from the main screen.
