The three-layer GREBLON® C3 + with glass ceramic reinforcement is extremely hard, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant and, most importantly, non-stick. Yes, GREBLON® C3 + gives pots the ability to withstand the sticking of raw materials to the interior walls. It is impossible to make something in greblon-coated pots or pans. Steel Stainless Steel 304, otherwise 18/10 CrNi chrome-nickel steel is proven and most commonly used for gastronomy. 18/10 CrNi food grade steel contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel. For food industry, it is particularly suitable due to its high resistance to damage and corrosion. We have also supported this resistance by special surface polishing from the outside and the already mentioned greblon layer inside the pot.
An outstanding feature of the G21 Gourmet Miracle stainless pot is the inability to burn the food in it. Strong walls and layered sandwich bottom without air pockets perfectly heat the heat and prevent food from burning. A huge advantage compared to commonly used pots is the evaporator / strainer, which we have installed the lid of the pot. You do not burn your hands when casting hot water from potatoes or pasta. To quickly feed the raw materials to the boil, just turn the lid and the evaporator / strainer closes. The G21 Gourmet Miracle glass lid is made of hardened and durable glass with a thickness of 4 mm. Feel free to wash it with a pot in the dishwasher. For use when covering or baking in the oven, it is resistant to 180 ° C.
