Description
The SPD series microinverter is a modern solution for efficient use of energy from photovoltaic panels with the function of limiting overflows to the distribution network. The system consists of a microinverter and a smart meter that monitors the household consumption in real time and optimizes energy production to avoid unwanted overflows. The microinverter converts the direct current (DC) from the PV panels into alternating current (AC), which is compatible with the regular electricity grid. Because it is equipped with an anti-islanding function, it instantly re-generates power and isolates the voltage on the output cable in the event of a sudden disconnection from the socket or a mains power failure. This makes it completely safe for use in the home. Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology ensures maximum performance of each panel. The system allows detailed performance monitoring via the Smart Life (Tuya) mobile app, where you can monitor current production, consumption and device status, make firmware updates or limit output power. With IP67 protection, the microinverter is also suitable for outdoor installation and can withstand harsh weather conditions. It also has the advantage of a low DC voltage design, which increases safety over conventional high voltage string systems.
