Description
The vegetable pickling pot will help you prepare Pickles - vegetables fermented using lactic acid bacteria. Generally speaking, fermented vegetables activate the immune system in the fight against bacteria and viruses, strengthen the organism against infections, and also support the production of blood and hormones. The recommended daily dose is 2 tablespoons of the fermented mixture. Pickles are thus an ideal accompaniment to a main meal or an ingredient in a salad. The inner lid is constantly pushed to the bottom with a stick and a rubber band and exerts pressure on the vegetables.
