Perfect grinding of the blade is ensured by constant pressure and guiding the inclination at the right angle.
The knife sharpener is equipped with two rotating and spring-loaded wheels with a total of 20 ceramic rollers, which are located in the shape of the letter X. The rotating wheels rotate at a speed of up to 700 revolutions per minute, so your knives will be ready for the next job once or twice.

The sharpener is not intended for ceramic knives.
