The base of the hammer is a cylindrical container, into which the meat is packed in a microtennial bag with a pressure plate. This also closes the container and you press the spring perfectly. With the bag, then remove the meat from the container after cooling. The container is suitable for cooking about 1 - 1.2 kg of meat.
Instructions and recipes are included. The product also includes a thermometer that allows you to watch the current and correct water temperature in the pot during the entire ham cooking process. The hammer can easily be disassembled and then washed thoroughly. It is suitable for dishwashers.
