The Pilates gymnastic ring with two handles is a simple and effective exercise aid for Pilates or yoga. It allows you to train all the main muscle groups on the arms, lower limbs and chest muscles. A rigid but flexible ring, wrapped in soft plastic that resists exercise, has two soft grips on both sides.

By compressing against resistance, the muscles of the shoulders, arms, chest, internal stabilization system and muscles of the lower limbs can be trained. You compress the circle against its resistance and thus tone the muscles. Stable and anatomically shaped handles allow a firm hold of the circle between the lower and upper limbs.
