Description
GBO-Aku ( new "GreenBonO" controller model). A regulator with continuous power regulation for perfect use of electricity from any photovoltaic power plant (in "wattrouter" or "extractor" mode). The surplus regulator is used to switch on appliances at times of higher production than the actual consumption in the building. The excess regulator smoothly regulates the power of the electric coil using special SSR relays. Thus, you will achieve maximum use of the produced energy and minimize unwanted flows into the public network.
Note: for companies used to installing the Wattrouter Eco, the polarity of the control signals for the SSR is reversed here than for the Wattrouter Eco; with us, the common wire is negative, the live signals are positive.
Technical parameters:
- supply voltage: 230V 50Hz (connection to the phase to which the PV plant is connected is necessary)
- permitted voltage on the terminal blocks: - upper terminal block (next to the LEDs): 5V DC
- lower terminal block (controller power supply and relay contacts): 250V 50Hz
(single phase on all terminals!)
- bipolar analog inputs: 3 inputs, range {-2.5V ... +2.5V DC} (against terminal Vcc/2 ) 10 bit D/A conversion, for external current transformers
- optional: one built-in stream. transformer 0 ... 12A~ (for single-phase version)
- unipolar analog inputs: 2 inputs, range {0V ... +5.0 V DC} (against terminal GND ) 10 bit D/A conversion, for battery voltage and current sensors
- digital (two-state) inputs: 1 0/5V input, (against the GND terminal) for reading the NT signal via a potential-free contact
- digital outputs for continuous power control: SSR outputs
- 6 outputs with control signal 5V/20mA: (for external SSR)
Triple series firmwares support all 6 SSRs. The first published version is 3.002. Older binary series firmwares (latest=2.046) only support 3 SSRs
1.) (standard) for SSR (solid state relay) with zero switching (pulse modulation), optionally:
- switches after individual, entire sinusoidal periods (always both half-waves - without DC component and RF interference, but source of flicker)
- switches after half periods (smaller flicker, ss.folder)
- switches with in one-second cycles (combination of three states: off; every other half-cycle; on) (most favorable flicker rate when switching at zero)
2.) or (using "phctrl" firmware) for SSR with instantaneous switching (phase control (*) - this design does not produce flicker, but generates higher harmonics)
- each output can control 2 SSRs of the recommended type (with control electrode consumption 8.5mA/5V), and can thus symmetrically control a 3-phase appliance
- relay outputs: relay outputs, a total of 5 relays, each with a 230V~/5A switching contact: 4 x relays for sequential connection of the load, 1 x relay (K5) with optional function: timer, fifth cascade relay, or surplus indication
- other outputs: +5V/20mA output for powering the DC current sensor
- data interface for communication with a PC: RS485, MODBUS protocol, (9600,8,N,1)
- regulation of surplus consumption from PV power plants: for the time being, in the first stage of each phase, there is a continuous power input control of 0 ... 100% (in the single-phase version, up to a cascade of three continuously controlled consumers), in the future, in the first stage of each phase, there will be a cascade of two continuously controlled consumers, in the single-phase version execution of a cascade of up to six continuously controlled appliances
in other stages, connecting unregulated appliances with current regulation in the first stage
- galvanic separation: electrical strength between the electronics (5V DC - upper terminal block) and the power part (230v AC - lower terminal block): 4kV 50Hz, 1 minute
- degree of protection (ČSN EN 60529): IP 20
- recommended environment (ČSN 33 2000-3): class AB4 (-5...40°C, 5...95% relative humidity)
- permissible storage conditions: -15...70°C, 5...95% relative humidity
- dimensions [mm] (w, h, d): 105 x 95 x 59 (modulbox 6M)
