PENOSIL Premium SpeedFix HighTack 707 is a universal hybrid polymer with high viscosity for extra strong and fast initial adhesion. For indoor and outdoor applications where particularly strong adhesion is required.

Use
Suitable for gluing and sealing indoors and outdoors. Construction glue with high adhesion is used for bonding metal, stone and wood, as well as for bonding in places requiring an extra strong connection. Adheres well to most building materials such as wood, brick, concrete, glass, copper, zinc, steel, aluminum, etc. Panel bonding for caravans, motorhomes, utility vehicles. The adhesive and sealing compound has good vibration and noise properties.

Application procedure
All surfaces must be dry, free of dust, dirt, grease, oil and water. Application temperature +5 °C to +40 °C.

Method of use
Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the installation nozzle to direct the flow of glue. Cut the nozzle so that the opening is sufficient to apply the required amount of glue. Insert the nozzle cartridge into the gun and pump the adhesive into the nozzle by repeatedly pulling the gun trigger. For gluing, the surface to be joined should be covered with glue and then pressed to the substrate. Heavier parts must be supported for at least 2 hours, preferably until the mass has completely hardened (curing rate 2.5-3 mm/24 h).

Cleaning
Use PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes or organic solvents such as acetone or white spirit to remove uncured adhesive. Cured adhesive should be removed mechanically.

Security requirements
Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush them with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Highly flammable, keep away from sources of ignition, open flames and do not smoke near the product. Keep out of the reach of children.
