The 9001D gas burner with a nozzle diameter of 22 mm is suitable for flambéing, caramelizing, roasting, or adding texture and color to food.
- Takes care of the final preparation of dishes for presentation.
- You can also use it for lighting grills, defrosting meat, agricultural and gardening purposes or micro welding.
- Jet flame.
- The maximum temperature of the burner reaches 1300 °C.
- The burner is only used with a 227g propane-butane valved cartridge that complies with EN 417.
