The RainPoint Solenoid Valve is designed to efficiently control water flow in low-flow irrigation systems. It works well in gardens, greenhouses and other small spaces requiring precise irrigation control. With a 12V DC power supply and manual flow adjustment, the valve combines reliability with ease of use.
Efficient operation in a variety of conditions The valve operates over a wide range of flow rates from 0.05 to 9 m³/h and pressures from 0.5 to 8 bar, making it suitable for both simple and complex installations. Thanks to its ability to withstand liquid temperatures of up to 60 °C, it can work perfectly with utility water and diluted soluble fertilisers.
Long service life The fibreglass-reinforced nylon casing ensures resistance to mechanical damage and weathering, while the EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer, a synthetic rubber with high resistance to weathering and chemicals) rubber membrane guarantees tightness and durability. The device is characterised by high resistance to chemical corrosion and cavitation phenomena, which results in long and trouble-free operation.
Energy saving Due to the low power consumption, several valves can be connected in parallel in one system. The solenoid head operates in a DC (Direct Current) voltage range of 12 V ±10% (9-15 V) and the control pulse does not exceed 100 ms, allowing efficient control with minimal energy consumption.
Easy to use The valve features a manual switch and flow control knob for easy testing and adjustment without having to start the entire system. Clear flow direction markings and compact dimensions (126 x 124 x 90 mm) make installation quick and easy.
