Thanks to the ETA Brisa dryer, the time-honored method of preserving food is many times easier and faster. Its shape, special double-wall design and unique ribbing of the plates are a guarantee of even and smooth air circulation, thus saving time and energy. The effort expended is also significantly lower – drying is done without constant control and the need to rearrange the drying sheets.

The ETA Brisa food dryer is made of high-quality BPA FREE plastics. The materials used are therefore harmless to health, and you and your children can enjoy the dried delicacies.

On the clear LED display, you can conveniently set the desired temperature (35-70 °C) and the timer (0.5-19.5 hours), the expiration of which will be notified by an audible signal.

It dries fruit, meat and herbs
In addition to fruit, vegetables and mushrooms, the ETA Brisa dryer is also suitable for drying meat (homemade jerky) and fish. A special drying sieve for herbs with a finer structure will then provide optimal conditions for drying herbs.

The amount of raw materials will be adjusted
The package includes 5 drying sieves with a diameter of 32 cm, which together form a large active drying surface (0.34 m2). However, this capacity is not limiting in any way. Simply choose whether to fill all the sieves or use fewer of them. If, on the other hand, the area offered is not enough for you, you can purchase additional sieves - their maximum number is up to 10.
