PENOSIL MouseStop Foam 299 is a one-component polyurethane filling tubular foam with mouse and pest repellent additives for filling and sealing holes, passages, gaps and cracks.

Adheres well to most materials such as wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC and polystyrene.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Make sure that the surfaces are clean - free of dust, loose particles and oil stains.
To accelerate curing and achieve a better final result, moisten dry surfaces with water mist.
Shake the container thoroughly at least 20 times. Remove the cap.
Hold the container with the foam in a vertical position with the valve upwards.
Screw the application tube onto the valve firmly.
Hold the container upside down during application - the foam output can be regulated using the applicator trigger.
Fill the gaps to approximately 50% of their volume. For larger gaps, apply the foam in layers, slightly moistening the surface between layers.
Excess cured foam can be cut off.
Air temperature during application +5°C to +30°C

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be free of dust, loose particles and grease.
Dry substrates should be moistened to ensure best results.
Adjacent surfaces should be protected with paper, protective foil or other suitable material.
If necessary, additional external protection should be used to protect against atmospheric influences such as rain or wind.

LIMITATIONS
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), Teflon (PTFE) or silicone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
The cured foam must be protected from UV radiation with a suitable material.
Due to the high expansion, lighter structural elements must be securely fixed before application.
Do not cover until the foam has completely cured.

CLEANING
Use PENOSIL Foam Cleaner to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam.
Hands, clothing and applicator can also be cleaned from uncured foam with PENOSIL cleaning wipes.
Once the cured foam has softened, remove it mechanically using PENOSIL Foam Remover.

STORAGE
The guaranteed storage period is 18 months from the date of production, when stored in the original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry place at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C.
Do not expose to temperatures above +50°C, do not store near heat sources and in direct sunlight.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The product does not contain biocidal substances. The cured foam is harmless to living organisms. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not smoke during application! If necessary, use personal protective equipment. Keep out of reach of children. More detailed safety information can be found on the label and in the safety data sheet (SDS).
