One-component polyurethane foam ready to use for the installation of fire-resistant doors and windows, sealing of joints in fire-resistant walls and other sealing work in places with increased requirements for the reaction of building materials to fire.

Conditions of use:
- Air temperature during use: +5 °C to +30 °C. Keep the ambient temperature within this range until the foam is fully cured.
- Temperature of the container during application: +10 °C to +25 °C, best results at a temperature of +20 °C.

Surface preparation
- Remove dust, loose particles and grease from the surface. Moisten a dry substrate to ensure better results. Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic film or other suitable material.

Method of use
- Shake the container vigorously at least 20 times. Remove the cap. Hold the foam container in a vertical position with the valve facing up. Screw the canister firmly onto the gun by holding the gun handle with one hand and rotating the canister with the other hand. Don't point the gun at people. Avoid screwing the gun container with the valve down. Do not screw the gun to the container. Do not bend or rotate the container while screwing. Hold the container upside down when squeezing out the foam. Foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger and adjustment screw. Fill the joints to about 75% as the foam expands. For larger joints, apply the foam in several layers, moistening slightly between layers to ensure better results. Excess foam can be cut off after complete curing.

Cleaning
- Use Penosil Foam Cleaner to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam. Hands, clothing and the foam gun can also be cleaned of uncured foam using Penosil cleaning wipes. Remove hardened foam mechanically after softening with Penosil Foam Remover.

STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture, if stored in unopened packaging in a cool and dry place at a temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C. Do not expose to temperatures above +50 °C, do not store near heat sources or in direct sunlight. Store and transport in an upright position. Secure the container before transporting it.

SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
