The Aquaphor Orlean kettle is made by blowing like a real glass jug. In addition, it is made of Eastman Tritan® copolyester, a material that combines the best of glass and plastic. The case is surprisingly durable, so the Orlean remains as transparent as on the day of purchase even after 100 cycles of washing in the dishwasher. Tritan ™ is completely safe in contact with food. Thanks to its round bottom, Aquaphor Orlean is more stable than conventional filter kettles. It is not possible to inadvertently overturn it. However, if a child drops it, it will not break, making Orlean safe for use in families with young children. If you always want to drink clean water, it is important to remember to replace the kettle filter module in good time. This is helped by a mechanical kettle counter, which counts liters of filtered water - it responds to the opening of the lid when pouring water. The moment of module replacement can thus be determined with maximum accuracy. The A5 insert leaves natural magnesium in the water, which is important for the function of the heart and blood vessels. According to the World Health Organization, magnesium is the most deficient mineral in the body of the world's population: with a normal urban diet, it is very difficult to provide the body with the required amount of magnesium, and its deficiency causes diseases of the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

How does the Aquaphor Orlean filter work?

Grid prefilter with micropores - prevents rust from entering the insert and thus prevents its premature clogging. Thanks to its special shape and construction, the pre-filter has a self-cleaning ability - it gets rid of fine particles of clay, rust and sand. This happens every time you pour a new dose of water into the funnel. The A5 insert leaves natural magnesium in the water, which is important for the function of the heart and blood vessels. Activated carbon granules mixed with Aqualen fibers and ion exchange resin represent the basic filter mixture of all Aquaphor filter cartridges. Activated coconut charcoal absorbs chlorine and other hazardous ingredients. Aqualen fixes the granules so that the water in the material does not wash out the "channels" and does not flow without cleaning. In addition, Aqualen reliably traps heavy metals and does not release them even in the case of hard water. The ion exchange resin normalizes the mineral composition of the water, softens the water and reduces the formation of limescale.
