Description
PENOSIL SpeedFix DuraGrip 697 is a universal water-based acrylic adhesive with excellent initial adhesion, designed for interior use. It creates a durable, UV and moisture resistant bond with the most commonly used building materials.

APPLICATION
Bonding various building materials.
Installation of wooden panels and plasterboard.
Reinforcement of screw fastenings and reduction of the number of screws required.
Installation of door linings, floors and other decorative details.
For quick repairs.
Adhesion to: wood, MDF, chipboard, stone, concrete, walls, plasterboard, plaster, metals, ceramics, PVC, Polystyrene, building boards, paper and cardboard.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge.
Screw on the application nozzle and cut out the hole.
Insert the applicator cartridge into the hot melt gun.
Apply the adhesive by applying even pressure to the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly over the surface.
Apply the adhesive to the surface and immediately press the components together, maintaining pressure until the product has completely hardened.
Application temperature: from +5°C to +30°C.
RESTRICTIONS
Not suitable for surfaces permanently exposed to water.
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
Non-adhesion to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or PTFE (Teflon®) substrates.
The joined elements will have a rigid connection, which is not suitable for moving joints.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces must be dry, free of dust, loose particles and oil residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.
Excess solvent should be removed before it evaporates.

CLEANING
Clean uncured adhesive with water or PENOSIL cleaning wipes. Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically.
STORAGE
Guaranteed shelf life: 12 months from date of production, when stored in closed original packaging, in a dry place, at temperatures from +5 °C to +30 °C.

Ensure sufficient ventilation during application and wear necessary personal protective equipment.
