To make transporting the drum convenient and to prevent unwinding the cable unintentionally, the drum is equipped with a spool brake that reliably prevents unwanted rotation of the drum body.

Safety first
The built-in thermal fuse ensures safe operation of your tool. Should the extension cable become overloaded and heat up to the thermal fuse's set limit, the circuit will break and no cable damage or fire will occur.
