Smart remote control
One of the main inconveniences in using a set top box is the need for two remote controls. With the original remote you have to turn on your TV and with the second remote you control the set top box. To make it easier and easier to use our set top box, we've equipped it with a smart remote control that lets you control most TV sets. In practice, it works by teaching our smart controller to turn the TV on and off, control its volume and inputs. This ensures that you do not have to use the original remote control to watch TV. You will only use one controller that comes with your device.

Multimedia equipment
The unit can play most multimedia files in MKV, DiVX, MPG, MP3, MOV or JPEG formats from an external disc or USB flash drive. The TV program can also be recorded in digital quality on an external disc. EVOLVEO Alpha T2 has full support for Czech Teletext and EPG Electronic Program Guide. It supports TimeShift function, includes clear Czech menu, possibility to schedule recording in your absence and its consumption in standby mode is virtually zero, less than 1W.
