The high-quality Solingen RSG stainless steel knife with serrated blade is easily removable, so its maintenance is very simple. Using the rotary regulator, you can continuously adjust the thickness of the cut from 0 to 15 mm. The package also includes a plastic tray for catching the sliced ingredients. Anti-slip feet ensure stability on the work surface during cutting.
