Installing OVAL electrical sockets All OVAL series products are designed for quick and easy flush mounting. OVAL sockets have an IP20 rating and are suitable for installation in dry, non-humid rooms such as bedrooms, living rooms or hallways.
To install the sockets, start by removing the socket cover by unscrewing the screw. Then connect the wires accordingly and secure them with the screw clamp. The next step is to secure the socket with screws to a standard 70 mm diameter installation box or to the plasterboard using fixings by tightening the internal screws. Finally, simply install the frame by positioning and pressing it in place and finish the installation by screwing the socket cover on.
