Description
Carbon monoxide detector - Measuring equipment - Model Kidde 7DCO
A new hi-tech solution from the category of carbon monoxide measuring devices with the first second generation electrochemical sensor and a de-ionized water electrolyte that tests every second for a fatal carbon monoxide (CO) hazard with LCD display that shows the current concentration level in the monitored area . The indications are displayed between 0 and 999PPM *.
The first nanowax conformal CO detector to protect the device electronics even in very humid environments. The device is thus suitable for placement or installation, for example in bathrooms with karma, gas boiler, boiler rooms and the like. The device performs repeated measurements every second. Exceeding the maximum CO level is indicated optically (by a red LED) and by an acoustic alarm (loudly pulsing with a signal strength of 85 dB).
The carbon monoxide meter is equipped with a Test / Reset button that is able to verify the correct operation of the device and a Peak / Level to display the highest CO level measured since the device memory reset. The status of the sensor, batteries, and internal circuits is monitored by the system of automatic efficiency control devices. If a fault is detected, the LCD will display information corresponding to the fault detected and a safety signal will be triggered. Battery power allows the device to be positioned in the optimal position. Thanks to the special design of the device, it can be placed not only on a wall in a room, but also on flat surfaces such as a bedside table.
Carbon monoxide is a colorless, tasteless and odorless gas produced by poor combustion of fossil fuels such as coal, oil, natural gas, LPG, coal and wood. It can also be produced by poorly maintained or broken down fuel burning domestic appliances such as: boilers, gas appliances, karma, grills, clogged chimneys, ventilation systems or damaged flue gas ducts. Common symptoms of CO poisoning include headaches, nausea, fatigue or muscle pain - but these can easily be confused with the diagnosis of influenza. It is therefore important to protect your family and home with carbon monoxide detectors.
CARBON OXIDE poisoning can prevent the detector of CO
