The high efficiency of the welder enables welding with currents up to 230A (for MIG / MAG / FCAW) and 180A for (TIG / MMA) in 60% of the working cycle.

The Powermat PM-IMG-230T combi welder is a welder with a wide range of applications. The welder enables welding work using the welding wire method fusible in a protective atmosphere (MIG / MAG) or FCAW tubular wire (after polarity change) as well as electrode welding (MMA) and the TIG Lift method (requires a torch for TIG Lift welding to purchase)
The electronics of the device works with IGBT-based transistors combining the advantages of both types of FET transistors, easy operation and high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The welding current is very stable, which guarantees perfect welding. Thanks to IGBT technology, the device is light and compact.
Welding parameters are continuously set, the maximum welding current depends on the thickness of the wire / electrode used, the welding voltage and the wire feed speed in the case of the MIG / MAG / FCAW method. The double feeder works with 0.8 / 1.0 mm wire.
The thermal switch switches off the device if the permitted operating cycle of the given welding current is exceeded, thus preventing the welder from overheating.

The currently set parameters are displayed during welding on two, very readable displays, which facilitate the selection of optimal operating parameters. Convenient and very readable controls allow you to change the welding parameters even in gloves.
