The Eltrinex LS500 GPS is equipped with a proven LS400 quick release magnetic holder, which has become the winner of the ÚAMK Assistive Assistance benchmark test. The holder has a power supply, so there is no need to continuously connect and disconnect the power cord. The camera is only plugged into the holder, the power is automatically activated and the recording starts, and when the camera is disconnected from the holder, the camera stops recording and shuts down. The camera is also equipped with a GPS receiver. It is able to display the current vehicle speed, monitor and warn of overrunning (with preset reserve) and to inform the direction of travel (north, northeast, etc.). Detection of POI points is a new feature that alerts the driver to locations where police checks, static cameras, etc. are available. In addition to these warnings, the Eltrinex LS500 GPS camera can also alert the driver to railroad crossings to increase the driver's attention at these risky places.

Intelligent lane detection feature enhances the Eltrinex LS500 GPS from the passive traffic logger to the active driver assistant. The camera can tell the driver, by means of a beep, of lane departure and thus prevent accidents caused, for example, by a microphone.

Thanks to WDR technology and newly redesigned optics, the image quality and sharpness of the recorded video is up to 2K. The legibility of traffic signs and the clearness of the traffic situation make it easy to discover the culprit of a traffic accident or other recorded incident. The camera is also equipped with the "night vision" function, thus increasing the image quality in low light conditions to achieve the highest possible recording quality (eg, twilight, tunnel passage, etc.). Of course, sound recording is good. The camera supports memory cards up to 64GB.

The Eltrinex LS500 GPS has a wide range of useful features. Can save the date and time in the video, both in the recording and in the file name. This makes it easy to archive and search videos. Recording can take place in a loop. Older records are overwhelmed in this mode by newer ones, so you do not have to think about filling the card and video. An important video can be protected by overwriting by pressing one button. The shake detection function can also be activated, and the video is then automatically protected against overwriting when a shock or impact is detected (for example, if a crash occurs).
