The Singclean coronavirus test kit contains 1 immunochromatographic antigen test, which uses the colloidal gold method for rapid and qualitative detection of Covid-19 antigen in the human nasal cavity. The identification is based on the detection of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies (test line T) and IgG antibodies (control line C), which are immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip. When the treated buffer containing the sample is added to the special well, the antibodies combine to form an antigen complex to determine the result of this reactive assay. The absence of a burgundy bar in the test area then means that the test result was negative.
