New range of amplifiers with automatic gain control (AGC). This series includes four versions, namely: 83516AG (box no. 14411303), 81942AG (box no. 14411302), 82462AG and 81942A5G (box no. 14411312), which differ in gain, intrinsic noise and max. Permitted output level and an LTE (4G) or 5G filter.
The plug-in version codenamed 81942A5G has a gain of 15 dB AGC and is available with a LTE 4G and 5G filter. This version has low noise and is suitable as a preamplifier for weak signals. It has the shape of a cylinder. It is mounted in a coaxial cable or directly on the antenna output. However, you must ensure that the connectors are not subjected to mechanical stress and that no moisture enters the amplifier. The gain of the UHF amplifier is controlled automatically by feedback, so it can compensate for leaks of TV signals caused by the weather and is therefore also suitable for remote DVB-T (T2) reception. The maximum signal level at the output is 112dBμV. Max. gain is 15dB, noise is 2.5dB.
