The air is cleaned using ultraviolet light and a three-layer filtration system (pre-filtration / HEPA filter / activated carbon filter), it filters: odors, viruses, bacteria, pollen, animal fur, dust particles and dust mites. Bacteria are not only filtered but also destroyed by ultraviolet light. The Soehnle Airfresh Clean 400 remembers the last setting. The device is suitable for rooms up to 38 m², the air flow is up to 145 m³ / h. For comfortable use, 4 power levels, a timer (2, 4 and 8 h) and a sleep mode can be set. The replaceable filter is equipped with a filter reset indicator (filter available separately). The pre-filter catches coarse dust. Soehnle HEPA combined filter captures dust, smoke, pollen and other allergens. The activated carbon filter filters out odors from the air. UV-C light destroys microorganisms such as germs, viruses, bacteria, fungal pores and toxins excreted by fungi (mycotoxins).
