Mobile cooling is sometimes referred to as a cheaper version of air conditioning. Thanks to the principle of circulating cold water through the membrane, through which the fan-driven air at the same time penetrates the air, a feeling of cooler air is achieved. The blown air is cooled and moistened with cold water.
