PENOSIL TurboTack Crystal 717 is a transparent hybrid adhesive with extremely high initial adhesion, designed for indoor and outdoor use.
Creates a fast and strong bond with a wide range of materials. Very high initial adhesion. High flexibility. Fast curing. Very strong bond. For indoor and outdoor use. Can be used on wet surfaces. Excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials. Resistant to UV radiation, weathering and ageing. Does not contain silicone, isocyanates or solvents. Does not cause corrosion. Absorbs shocks and vibrations. Does not shrink.
USE Gluing and sealing in indoor and outdoor areas where a fast, strong and flexible bond is required. Fastening skirting boards, profiles, window sills, roof tiles, insulation and decorative panels. Bonding panels in trailers, motorhomes and commercial vehicles. Bonding parts requiring high strength and flexibility in the marine and automotive industries. Suitable for uneven surfaces and metal-to-metal bonding. Reinforcement of screw joints. Good vibration and noise dampening.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE Cut off the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the application nozzle and trim the hole. Insert the cartridge into the sealant gun. Apply the adhesive by applying even pressure to the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly over the surface. Immediately press the bonded surfaces together and maintain pressure until the product has completely hardened. Application temperature: from +5°C to +40°C
SURFACE PREPARATION The surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles and oil residues. Surfaces to be painted must be completely cured and free of flaking paint. If necessary, fill all holes and unevenness in the substrate to obtain the most even surface possible.
RESTRICTIONS Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C. Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or Teflon (PTFE).
CLEANING Uncured adhesive can be removed with solvents such as white spirit, acetone or special cleaning cloths. Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically. If necessary, use sealant remover.

STORAGE Guaranteed shelf life: 12 months from date of production, when stored in closed original packaging, in a dry place, at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C.
