PENOSIL TurboTack 707 is a universal, high-quality hybrid adhesive with extremely high initial adhesion, designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
The product creates an exceptionally fast and strong bond with a wide range of materials. Extremely high initial adhesion. Fast curing. For indoor and outdoor use. Can be used on wet surfaces. Creates a strong and flexible bond. Excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials. Resistant to UV radiation, weathering and ageing. Does not contain silicone, isocyanates or solvents. Does not cause corrosion. Absorbs shocks and vibrations. Does not shrink.
APPLICATIONS Indoor and outdoor bonding and sealing where an extremely fast and strong bond is required. Installation of window sills, profiles, insulation and decorative panels. Bonding panels in caravans, motorhomes and commercial vehicles. Reinforcement of screw joints. Suitable for uneven surfaces.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE Cut off the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle. Insert the cartridge into the hot melt gun. Apply the adhesive by applying even pressure to the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly over the surface. Immediately press the components together and maintain pressure until the product has completely hardened. Application temperature from +5°C to 40°C
SURFACE PREPARATION The surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles and oil residues. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent using a clean, lint-free cotton cloth – remove excess solvent with a clean cloth.
LIMITATIONS Not suitable for sealing aquariums or underwater joints. A preliminary compatibility test on a natural stone surface is recommended. Do not use at temperatures below +5°C. Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or Teflon (PTFE).
CLEANING Clean uncured adhesive with a solvent (e.g. acetone) or PENOSIL cleaning wipes. Hardened adhesive is removed mechanically.

STORAGE Guaranteed shelf life 12 months from date of production, when stored in closed original packaging in a dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.
